LEARNING GERMAN - LEVEL B1

For those who want to communicate with native speakers about everyday matters, Level B1 offers the necessary skills.

Course content

You can follow everyday conversations without too much effort and express yourself simply and coherently on familiar topics and areas of personal interest. You can follow everyday language well in terms of comprehension as long as clear standard language is used and when the conversation is about familiar things from work, school, leisure, etc. You can follow everyday conversations easily and coherently.

ÖSD exams: Prove your skills

Do you need proof of your language skills? Our course instructors will prepare you optimally for your ÖSD B1 exam, which you can take at any of our locations: All Austria Institutes are examination centres for the Austrian Language Diploma in German (ÖSD).

WHAT DO THE LEVELS A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 mean?

A1, B1 & Co. are the language levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This framework can be applied to all EU languages and makes language competences comparable across the EU.
